*Since the cost is going to simply cover expenses, there is no grad discount on this one. But remember, you can bring a guest! Just let us know so we have enough food. *
2018 Reunion; Saturday, November 3rd. Begins at 10am.
It’s that time of year again. The time when our people gather in large numbers to enjoy purple coffee, roam the hills of the Academy, and discuss fascinating things.
This year our special guest is someone we wanted so badly we made sure to get on his schedule back in January.
We met Nate Staniforth when he was at Wizard Academy being interviewed by our mutual friend Brian Brushwood. You may remember Brian if you were at the reunion a few years back when he did a hilarious and amazing magic show.
Nate was talking about his new memoir “This is Real Magic”.
Roy and I both bought copies and read the entire book in one sitting. I think I’ve given away a dozen copies since then.
Nate will spend an hour right after lunch talking about his book and telling his story. After dinner, he’ll do a full magic show.
If you’ve paid to attend the reunion, we’ll have a book for you. One book per registration. There will be more available to purchase if you like.
Here’s the schedule for the entire day:
10am – Arrive, pour some purple coffee, and say hi to all the people you haven’t seen in awhile
10:30am – Roy will give an update of Wizard Academy and talk about the interesting things we did this year and plans for the future.
Noon – Lunch
1pm – Nate Staniforth talks about his book and his story. He will be available for autographs after
3pm – TBA
5pm – Dinner
6pm – Nate Staniforth does a show in the Wizard’s Tower
After Nate is done, we will simply hang out together until everyone decides to go home for the night.
Your ticket for the reunion will help us pay for wine and food. It will also include a copy of Nate’s book! Our gift to you.
Here’s a small intro it Nate, his book, and his vibe.
